The Unified Widget is currently in its BETA phase, actively undergoing testing and development to ensure optimal performance and user experience. During this period, some functionalities are being refined, which means that certain descriptions you come across may differ from the final version of the widget designer.
The Unified Widget brings together all the features of our platform into a single, multifunctional tool. You can set up to four pages, customising each with unique blocks, or designate specific pages for chat, a knowledge base, or a helpdesk.
