Connect Telegram

To integrate Telegram, you'll need to create a Telegram bot using @botFather and then input the bot's Access Token into the ConverseIQ live chat integration settings.

Head on over to https://web.telegram.org/a/ and sign into your Telegram Account. Watch this short video for steps to create your Telegram bot and to obtain its Access Token to use in your ConverseIQ live chat integration.
