Creating a Chat Flow
Setting up a new chat flow is straightforward and user-friendly.
Start by navigating to the "ChatFlows" section located in the side bar menu. Once there, click on the "Create new chatbot flow" button to initiate the process. You have two options to proceed: select a pre-defined template that fits your specific needs or choose the "Create empty ChatFlow" option to design a custom flow from scratch. Selecting a template can save time and provide a structured foundation, while creating an empty ChatFlow allows for complete customisation tailored to your unique requirements.
After deciding on the type of chat flow, enter a meaningful name for your new flow to easily identify it later.
Additionally, you have the option to add a description, which can offer more context or detail about the flow’s purpose and functionality. This descriptive step is beneficial for organising multiple chat flows and ensuring clarity in your chatbot management.
Once all necessary information is provided, you can proceed to customise and configure your chat flow to achieve optimal performance for your business needs.
