Connect Facebook Messenger

To connect Facebook Messenger to your omnichannel inbox, administrative access to the relevant Facebook page is required. 

Only page admins or owners can perform this integration. If you have the necessary permissions, follow these steps to successfully integrate Facebook Messenger:

1. Navigate to the live-chat-integrations section.
2. Click on the "Add new integration" button at the bottom right.
3. Select "Messenger" from the available options.
4. Log in using your Facebook account credentials.
5. During the Facebook OAuth dialogue, choose the specific page you wish to connect to the omnichannel inbox.
6. In the final step, confirm your page selection.

Completing these steps will link Facebook Messenger with your omnichannel inbox, enabling you to manage all your messages from a centralised platform efficiently. This integration streamlines communication, allowing for better organisation and responsiveness to your audience across multiple channels.
