General Configuration

In the General sub-section, you have several options to personalise your widget:

• Upload Your Logo: You can upload your own logo to reflect your brand identity. Choose a logo style that suits your aesthetic, such as rounded or circular shapes.

• Adjust Chat Box Dimensions: Customise the width and height of the chat box to fit seamlessly within your website or application layout. This ensures the widget integrates smoothly without disrupting the user experience.

• Toggle Branding Line Visibility: Decide whether to display the branding line at the bottom of the widget. Hiding it can provide a cleaner, more minimalist appearance.

You have the flexibility to set different dimensions for both the normal and expanded views of the chat box. Keep in mind that the expanded view is exclusive to the Knowledge Base page, offering users more space to explore information.

The Theme sub-section lets you tailor the visual style of your widget:

• Select Color Themes: Choose from a range of pre-set color themes to match your brand or website design. While custom color options aren't available yet, they're planned for future updates.

• Adjust Elevation Level (Shadow): Modify the shadow effect to give your widget a sense of depth, making it stand out on the page.

• Set Border Radius: Control the roundness of the chat box corners by adjusting the border radius, enhancing the widget's visual appeal.

Under the Tabs section, you can customize the bottom navigation tabs of your widget:

• Customise Layout: Adjust the layout to suit your preferences, ensuring easy navigation for your users.

• Modify Elevation Level: Set how prominent the tabs appear by tweaking the elevation.

• Change Font Size and Weight: Improve readability and match your design by adjusting the font size and weight of the tab labels.

The Typography section gives you control over the text elements of the widget:

• Customise Font Size and Weight: Adjust the font size and weight for various text elements, such as labels and headers, to enhance readability and maintain aesthetic consistency.

In the Advanced sub-section, you have the option to personalise your widget further:

• Apply Custom CSS Rules: Use your own CSS rules to fine-tune the widget's appearance beyond the standard options. This feature allows for advanced customisation to meet specific design requirements.
