Creating a Chat Flow Template

To convert an existing chat flow into a template, follow these straightforward steps:

  1. Access the Chat Flow: Navigate to the chat flow you want to transform and click on the three-dot menu located next to it.

  2. Create Template: Select the option to create a new template. You will be prompted to enter a Name and a Description for your new template to clearly identify its purpose.

  3. Set Access Level:

    • Team: Selecting this option ensures that only your internal team members can access and use the template.
    • Agency: This option allows both your team and your agency clients to access and utilise the template.

Once the template is created, authorised users based on the chosen access level can easily develop their own chat flows using this template. 

It's crucial to verify that no sensitive information, such as API keys or authorisation credentials, are included in any of the chat flow templates to maintain security and protect your data.
