Our platform supports a multitude of channels and social media platforms that can be included in the multi-channel widget. You can find the list of supported channels below.

How it works

When the visitor clicks on the widget button on your webpage, a menu appears displaying the elements or channels you have selected to integrate. By clicking on a menu item, the corresponding application will launch or the visitor will be redirected to the appropriate website.

Supported Channels and Social Media List

Our platform provides extensive support for various messaging and social media channels to enhance your communication capabilities.

Messengers:

We offer integrations with popular messaging services, including

Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram, Skype, Instagram Direct, Signal, Discord, Slack, Twitter's direct messaging, Line, Snapchat, and WeChat.

These integrations allow you to connect seamlessly with your audience across multiple messaging platforms.

Social Media Profiles:

You can manage and engage with your followers through supported social media profiles such as your

Facebook page, Instagram page, TikTok profile, Twitter (X) page, LinkedIn profile, and YouTube channel.

This ensures efficient handling of your social media presence across these networks.

Integrations:

Our platform is compatible with various live chat solutions, including the

Native LiveChat widget, Tawk.to, and Crisp chat.

These integrations facilitate real-time communication with visitors on your website, enhancing customer engagement and support.

Other Channels and Features:

We offer additional channels and features to customise your communication strategies.

These include the ConverseIQ form for collecting user information, Custom links for redirecting users, and options like Click-to-email, Click-to-call, and Click-to-SMS (Twilio integration required) for direct contact methods.

Furthermore, you can enhance your website with Custom popups (featuring HTML content), iFrame popups, Image popups, and even incorporate Custom JavaScript code for advanced functionality.

You also have the flexibility to add custom social media or messaging platforms. If these platforms support deep-linking, you can integrate them using the Custom link action and a custom icon, allowing for a more tailored communication experience.
