Once active, you have the freedom to customise your conversation starters. We recommend crafting no more than 5 ice breakers to ensure they are both impactful and neatly displayed within your chat widget.

Pair Ice Breakers with the Pre-chat form. This combination allows visitors to fill out an initial form, helping you capture essential information right from the start. Post-submission, they are greeted with your customised ice breakers, setting the stage for a meaningful and friendly exchange.
