AI Tools Fair Use Policy

This Fair Use Policy (“Policy”) outlines the acceptable and responsible use of the ConverseIQ AI tools, including the Prompt Generator and Prompt Optimiser (collectively referred to as “AI Tools”), which are integrated into the ConverseIQ platform (“Platform”). By using these AI Tools, users agree to comply with this Policy to ensure fair, ethical, and secure use of the services provided.

1. Purpose of Use

The ConverseIQ AI Tools, including the Prompt Generator and Prompt Optimizer, are designed to assist users in creating and refining AI prompts for enhanced performance in their workflows, chatbot interactions, and other applications involving natural language processing (NLP) and AI tasks. These tools are provided to facilitate innovation, improve productivity, and help users achieve their AI objectives with ease.

2. Acceptable Usage

Users are encouraged to use the AI Tools for the following purposes:

  • Generating Prompts: Utilising the Prompt Generator to create AI prompts for various use cases, including content creation, customer support, and other text-based interactions.
  • Optimising Prompts: Using the Prompt Optimiser to refine and improve the quality, relevance, and efficiency of generated prompts to enhance the output of AI models.
  • Experimentation: Experimenting with AI prompts and optimised versions of those prompts to test and refine different natural language processing tasks and workflows.
  • Business Process Automation: Leveraging the AI Tools to create prompts that help automate tasks and workflows across various business applications, such as marketing, customer engagement, and sales operations.
  • Training and Development: Using the tools for internal testing, learning, and prototyping to better understand how AI models respond to various inputs.

3. Prohibited Use

The following actions are prohibited when using the ConverseIQ AI Tools:

  • Malicious Content Generation: Using the Prompt Generator or Prompt Optimiser to generate prompts or content that promotes illegal, harmful, abusive, or discriminatory material, including but not limited to hate speech, violence, or harassment.
  • Spamming: Using the tools to create prompts that lead to spam, repetitive or unsolicited communication, or any type of automated content that disrupts systems or platforms.
  • Misuse of AI Output: Creating prompts designed to generate misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent content, such as generating fake reviews, impersonating individuals, or spreading disinformation.
  • Violating Data Privacy Laws: Using the AI Tools to generate or process content that violates privacy laws, including but not limited to unauthorised sharing or manipulation of personally identifiable information (PII).
  • Excessive Resource Consumption: Generating an excessive volume of prompts or requests that result in the overuse of system resources or impact the performance of the platform for other users.
  • Automated Content Scraping: Using the AI Tools to scrape or collect data from other platforms in a manner that violates their terms of service or data protection policies.

4. User Responsibility

  • Compliance with Laws: Users must ensure that any content or prompts generated or optimised using the tools comply with applicable laws, including copyright, intellectual property rights, and data protection regulations such as GDPR or CCPA.
  • Content Integrity: Users are responsible for reviewing and ensuring that the content generated through the AI Tools is accurate, ethical, and appropriate for the intended use.
  • Data Protection: Users must ensure that they do not use the AI Tools to process sensitive personal data without the proper security and compliance measures in place.
  • Monitoring Usage: Users should regularly monitor their use of the AI Tools to prevent the generation of inappropriate or harmful content.

5. Limitations of Service

While ConverseIQ strives to provide a stable and robust experience with the AI Tools, certain usage limitations may apply:

  • Usage Caps: ConverseIQ may impose limits on the number of prompts generated or optimized within a specific time frame to prevent system overload or abuse.
  • Fair Use Monitoring: ConverseIQ may monitor usage patterns and intervene if any abnormal or excessive behavior is detected that may affect the performance or accessibility of the AI Tools for other users.

6. Consequences of Violations

Any violation of this Fair Use Policy may result in one or more of the following actions:

  • Warning: ConverseIQ may issue a warning requesting that the user cease the violation and comply with the Policy.
  • Temporary Suspension: ConverseIQ may temporarily suspend or limit the user’s access to the AI Tools pending resolution of the violation.
  • Permanent Suspension: Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent suspension of the user’s access to the Prompt Generator, Prompt Optimiser, or the entire ConverseIQ platform.

7. Changes to This Policy

ConverseIQ reserves the right to modify or update this Fair Use Policy at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the AI Tools after any changes will constitute acceptance of the revised Policy.
