Connecting Channels to Chat Flow
You can currently integrate the following channels into your chat flows:
- Built-in Live Chat
- Telegram Bot
- Facebook Messenger
- Line
- Viber
We are actively expanding this list to include all possible platforms and channels. For example, Telegram and WhatsApp have limitations in managing certain widget-related events such as "Chat window opened," "Chat window closed," and "Before starting a new thread."
Connecting a Channel
To connect a channel to your chat flow:
- Click the three-dot menu and select "Connect WhatsApp."
- In the dialog box, choose the appropriate settings.
- Set the bot’s name and image.
Please Note: A with a Live chat widget, it can only be connected to one chat flow at a time.
