Adding a New Channel to Your Multi-Channel Widget

Start Here: Head over to the Channels page here: Channels. Right at the top, you’ll see an option to pick the widget where you want to sprinkle a little more magic. Then select the ‘Add new channel’ button at the bottom right of the page.

Name Your Channel:
- Title: Pop in a catchy title that grabs attention.
- Subtitle (Optional): Add a subtitle for a little extra flair.
- Action: Choose what happens when your channel is tapped. Set up the specifics:
- For Facebook Messenger, just type in your page’s handle. Easy!
- For WhatsApp, your phone number is the ticket in.

Customise with Code: Want to add some custom JavaScript? No problem! This is your playground for things like Google Analytics or other savvy tools. Just drop your code in the 'Custom JS code' field.
