AI Assistant Integration with ConverseIQ Platform

The ConverseIQ platform currently supports the creation of AI Assistant and provides their capabilities through an integration with OpenAI, granting access to GPT language models.

Additionally, the platform offers flexibility by integrating with OpenRouter, a unified API that provides access to hundreds of AI models via a single endpoint. OpenRouter automatically manages fallbacks and selects the most cost-effective options, enhancing the versatility of your AI solutions.

While the ConverseIQ Platform does not allow for the creation of an AI Assistant directly with OpenRouter, the OpenRouter integration can be utilised within your flows in the Chatbot Builder.
