Online Status
Need to switch up how you appear online? It’s super easy! Just kick things off by clicking on your account avatar, right up there in the top right corner of the page. A dropdown menu will appear with your status options.
Here’s a quick rundown of the status options you can choose from:
- Offline: Pick this and you’ll seem offline, even if you're sneaking around our dashboard.
- Default: This one's straightforward. You’ll show as online, but only when you’re actually logged into our ConverseIQ Platform dashboard.
- Always Online: Opt for this to always appear online, even if you’ve stepped away.
Just choose the status that fits your needs, and you're all set. It's casual, professional, and user-friendly—just like everything else we do around here! Stay connected, or appear to; the choice is yours!
