• Persistent Launcher: Keep the launcher visible even when the widget is open. Enabling this means your visitors can access the launcher at any time, making your site more interactive and user-friendly.

• Delay Script Loading: This feature allows you to postpone loading the widget's primary script. Keep in mind, though, this might affect event tracking and analytics, as these only kick in once the main script is fully loaded. It's a trade-off between immediate functionality and optimisation.

• Delay Launcher: Similar name, different function! Delay Launcher lets you set a timer for when the launcher appears to your visitors. While it doesn't delay the script from loading, it does give your users a moment to settle in before the launcher pops up. It's all about timing!
