Once configured, your clients won’t see @converseiq.com.au in their email notifications, giving your messages a more personalised touch.
Here’s how to get started:
- Enable Custom SMTP Server: Begin by turning on the "Use custom SMTP server" option at the top of the settings page.
- Fill in Your Details: Enter the necessary information in the form below. Remember, SMTP settings can vary depending on your email provider, so make sure to double-check your specific details.
A few things to keep in mind:
- Authorisation Required: Most SMTP providers need some form of authorisation to connect.
- App Passwords Needed: Providers like Gmail and Outlook require an App Password instead of your regular account password to link to their SMTP servers.
