We are continuously expanding our integration list to encompass many more platforms and channels, ensuring broad compatibility and enhanced user engagement.

However, it is important to note that certain platforms like Telegram and WhatsApp have limitations in handling specific widget-related events. These limitations include managing events such as "Chat window opened," "Chat window closed," and "Before starting a new thread," which may affect the chatbot’s functionality on these channels.

TIP: when trying to add a channel to your chat flow, if any events are unsupported by the channel of choice you will be notified in the integration setup window.
